This policy covers the website at flairmi.com. It does not cover the Ethos software, which is documented separately and is not available yet.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand which pages are visited and how. GA4 sets cookies and collects standard technical data, including your approximate location, device type, browser, and the pages you view. No name, email address, or other directly identifying information is sent to GA4 through this site.
If you are visiting from the European Union or the United Kingdom, analytics stay switched off until you accept them on the banner shown on your first visit. Declining is a real choice. No analytics cookies are set and no data reaches Google. Your choice is stored in your browser so you are asked once, and you can change it from the link in the footer at any time.
You can also opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.
The contact and enquiry forms
The contact, pilot, and enquiry forms on this site send what you type to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards it by email. That means your name, email address, organisation if you give one, and your message pass through that service. Use email instead if you would rather not use the forms.
Enquiry records are kept for 12 months unless you ask for deletion sooner. Access is limited to Mohammed Ali Sharafuddin.
What this site does not do
- No advertising, no ad networks, and no remarketing or advertising cookies
- No selling or sharing of personal data
- No account system, so there is nothing to sign up for and no password to store
- No tracking across other websites
Downloads
Textbooks, templates, and workbooks download directly. No email address is required, and downloading one is not recorded against you as an individual.
Your rights
Contact mohammedali.page@gmail.com for access to what is held about you, for corrections, or for deletion. Under UK and EU data protection law you can also object to processing and complain to your national supervisory authority.

Changes
The date at the top of this page is the date it last changed. The previous version of this policy described a waitlist and a Starter Pack that were never launched, and it did not mention analytics. It was rewritten on 9 September 2026 to describe what the site actually does.
